All services are billed in advance. Missed renewals can lead to suspension, data loss, or domain release.
Spam, malware, hacking, DDoS, and illegal content are strictly prohibited and may lead to immediate suspension.
Customers are responsible for maintaining their own backups; restoration of lost data is never guaranteed.
Liability is capped at 12 months' fees paid, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India.

We do not guarantee restoration of lost data.
Domain registrations are subject to ICANN and registry rules.
Domain fees are generally non-refundable after registration.
Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate WHOIS information where applicable.
Puffx Host aims to maintain high service availability for hosting and server-based services. Uptime figures, where published, are targets and not absolute guarantees, and exclude:

Puffx Host may modify, upgrade, limit, or discontinue any feature, plan, or service at any time, with reasonable notice where practical. We may also change server locations, data center partners, or underlying infrastructure to maintain performance, security, or compliance.
All website content, branding, logos, graphics, software, and trademarks belong to Puffx Host or its licensors.
Unauthorized copying or redistribution is prohibited.
Our services may integrate third-party software or providers.
We are not responsible for outages, changes, or failures caused by third-party providers.
From time to time, Puffx Host may offer beta, preview, or trial features or services. Such offerings are provided "as is", may be modified or withdrawn at any time without notice, and are excluded from any Service Level Agreement or uptime commitment unless expressly stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice if:

Customers initiating fraudulent chargebacks may have all services immediately suspended.

Puffx Host shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, cyber attacks, labor disputes, or power failures.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
By using our services, you consent to receive communications from us electronically, including via email, SMS, or WhatsApp, regarding your account, billing, service notices, and security alerts. Such electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
You agree to comply with all applicable Indian and international laws, including export control and sanctions laws, in connection with your use of our services. You represent that you are not located in, or a resident of, any jurisdiction subject to a comprehensive trade embargo, and that you will not use our services for any purpose prohibited under such laws.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good-faith negotiation by contacting our support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, either party may pursue resolution through the courts described in Section 37 (Governing Law).
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. Puffx Host may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, or by operation of law.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
No failure or delay by Puffx Host in exercising any right under these Terms shall operate as a waiver of that right, nor shall any single or partial exercise of a right preclude any other or further exercise of that right.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Puffx Host regarding your use of our services, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
