Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy is issued by NITIN MAHETA, operating under the brand name
PUFFX HOST (“we”, “us”, “our”). By purchasing any product or service from PUFFX HOST,
you agree to the terms stated below.

1. General Refund Policy

Any refund, if approved, will be credited only to the PUFFX HOST Wallet.
Refunds will not be processed to bank accounts, UPI, debit/credit cards, or cash.
Wallet balance can be used only for future purchases on PUFFX HOST and is non-withdrawable.

2. Refund Request Time Limit

If a refund request is raised after 48 hours of order delivery or service activation,
it will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Refund eligibility strictly depends on the service type mentioned below.

3. Domain Name Policy (NO REFUND)

No refunds are available for domain registrations, renewals, or transfers.
Once a domain is registered, it cannot be cancelled or refunded, even if the customer purchases
a wrong domain name, spelling, or extension.

If a wrong domain is purchased, NITIN MAHETA (PUFFX HOST) may attempt to update or correct
the domain using registrar APIs if technically possible.
No refund will be provided in any domain-related case.

4. VPS & Dedicated Server Policy (NO REFUND)

VPS and Dedicated Servers are completely non-refundable and non-cancellable.
Even if a refund request is raised within 10 minutes of purchase, it will not be accepted.
Once provisioned, no refund will be issued under any condition.

5. Reseller Hosting Plans (NO REFUND)

No refunds are available on Reseller Hosting plans.
All setup fees, license charges, and resource usage fees are non-refundable.
Refund requests will be rejected regardless of request timing.

6. Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests will be considered only if the service has not been activated or provisioned.
Once a service is activated, cancellation requests will not be entertained.

7. Service Delivery & Delays

Delays due to technical issues, third-party providers, network issues, maintenance,
or force majeure events do not guarantee a refund.
All delivery and activation timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

8. Customer Errors

No refund will be provided for issues caused by incorrect service selection,
wrong details submitted by the customer, or misunderstanding of service features.

9. Fraud, Abuse & Chargebacks

NITIN MAHETA (PUFFX HOST) reserves the right to deny refunds in cases of fraud,
chargeback abuse, or policy misuse.
Fraudulent chargebacks may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

10. Policy Modification

NITIN MAHETA, operating as PUFFX HOST, reserves the right to modify or update
this policy at any time without prior notice.
Changes will be effective immediately upon publication on the website.
